Credit Card Operated Toilets (on planes!)

This strikes me as brilliantly counter-productive (unless RyanAir's boss was seeking publicity)...

"Chief executive Michael O'Leary has said he is thinking about installing credit card-operated toilets on planes and charging passengers to use them."

What exactly do you do if you don't have a credit card or it is lost in the overhead luggage? Anyone want to send their kids to see Grandma on that airline??
